How do I track my order?
Track your items using tracking, delivery notice card, or reference numbers. Track one or multiple packages with Delivery Company Tracking, use your tracking number to track the status of your package.

How do I return an item?
Returning an online item to the store will reduce wait times for your refund or exchange. Replace the item in its original packaging. Bring your item, original packaging, the credit card you used, if applicable, and the receipt. Go to the Returns or Customer Service department at the store.

Yes, Whether you are an individual sending a package to relatives overseas or a business shipping commercial goods to the U.S. and around the world.
What is your returns policy?
Online purchases may be returned to a select corporate store within Canada, or by mail within 30 days of your purchase date with original tags and invoice. Exchanges are available Online only. The $8 return by mail fee for online orders has been reinstated as of Wednesday, July 15, 2020.
The following items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged: masks and hats. Swimwear must have original price tags and hygienic liner intact. Gifts purchases online can be returned only. Original shipping and gift packaging charges are non-refundable...
